Vodacom so unreliable and horrible service

I took a cellphone contract deal in July 2020, when the phone arrived it was too small so I called vodacom to come collect and exchange for a bigger phone. I have been waiting for them to come collect it to date. Each time I call I'm told that it has been scheduled for collection. The worse part is that they were debiting my account whilst they are the ones not collecting the phone. I have been using my airtime to call since July 2020 and would be kept waiting for as lomg as 15 minutes. Please collect your phone because I know you will end up giving me a bad name for something that is your fault. Vodacom never seems to improve on the horrible service they offer.
