Vodacom - So dissappointed

<p>i am a guge fan of vodacom, in the past week alone i have convinced 3 people to swqitch to it,mind you these are people who have been loyal to their network providers for years. so its fruatrating that i keep endorsing vodacom but im generaly unhappy with it. here are my issue: bi bought data 2 weeks back, a total of about +1gig data...this data didnt even last me 10 minutes...then ive been data about 250mb regularly, this data doesnt even last....the last time i had this issue i was told to switch off background data, so ever since then all my apps background data remain off. so now heres the part that irritates me...I dont even get the sms notification that ÿou have less than X amount of data remaining" nor do i get the ÿour data has been depleted notifications. it all comes as a suprise when i realise my web pages arent loading, this is particularly frustrating as work alot on the net.</p> <p>heres a funny and ironic detail: my wife complained on helo peter about vodacom data consumption and she had background data on and such things that consumed her data quickly..Vodacom gave her 1 gig free data to use, i complained about such and recieved only 500mb...quiet ironic, the irony is that I, the person whos acting like a vodacom ambassoder recieve the short end of the stick whilst people who trash it rwecieve "blessings"from it lol.</p> <p> </p> <p>But then keep up the good service vodacom, just improve on some elements.</p>
