Vodacom snubbing deceased estates executors
I wish I could give 0 stars. We are administrators of deceased estates. We notify Vodacom of the death of our clients, but we never receive feedback, then, long after we have completed the estates, we get letters from their lawyers for the claims. We phone them sometimes to follow up as well, and now they have blocked our office number because we phone them too often! The service is pathetic. As executors we want to make sure creditors claims are considered in time and that the claims are paid before distribution, but if this is how Vodacom operates, they should not complain if their claims get rejected. I will no longer consider claims received from Vodacom after accounts have been submitted to the Master.
