Vodacom sneaky bully

Sneaky, bully Vodacom at it again. They opened a case number after I complained on here about an unresolved refund, then they close the case immediately. I complained to the Vodacom rep from here and they did the same, opened and closed the case simultaneously. Zero reply to my numerous emails with the case number after agreeing to email the Vodacom rep all the info. Big bully who tries to shut the small people down and not refund what is due.
