Vodacom SMSNET AND RIDING9 WASP

I am a Vodacom customer for the last 20 years.

My air time is being depleted on my phone for no reason. The phone I have can not even get internet so there is no way of a WASP attaching a opt in daily rate to take money from the Vodacom air time It Took some time to get hold of a call center agent only to get a very bad attitude from the agent. She refused to give details of the wasp and after some argument " "RIDING9" name was given. Call center agent was not to help full and after asking for a Supervisor she slammed the phone down on me. The second call center agent was a little more helpful but also a bit reluctant as the last agent rated me as a abusive customer on the system. He did however gave me a second WASP "SMSNET" . and after asking for more assistance agreed on blocking these WASPS. But the phone is on lock down for 3 days, no air time can be uploaded to the number with in these 3 days to block these WASPS.

I do not understand why is is so difficult for Vodacom agents to give out the details of the WASPS *****ing our money unless they are connect with these WASPS."RIDING9 AND SMSNET"

I did think Vodacom was a good network but not anymore. If this is not resolved within the week I will be doing a sim swap to a better network.
