Vodacom Smart Tab 200 MB data promotion

Please assist me with the Smart Tab Promotion. I bought two Smart Tabs last year that were on promotion at PEP stores, one for myself and the other for my 3 year old son for him to play games on. The promotion was that the Tab came with 200MB date free for 12 months.<br> <br> However, on the one Tab, the one that my son is using, the data was only loaded once. Every time data has to be loaded I get a message saying that I must recharge first with R29 airtime or buy 100MB data.<br> <br> This I failed to understand. I called Vodacom customer care on numerous occasion and the consultants keep on saying that I must buy airtime or data for the promotional data to be released. My problem is that no where in the promotion did it say that I must load airtime/ data for the promotional data to be released. It has been two months since data was last loaded. I will not load airtime as I was not made aware of this and I will not be loading airtime as I'm the one who calls my son and I call him on my mom's phone using my MTN number (MTN to MTN) mainly because I always have free MTN minutes.<br> <br> I trust that you will kindly assist in resolving this matter.<br> <br> Regards<br> Ruth
