Vodacom Smart Platinum 7, DO NOT BUY IT!!!

I sent feedback to Vodacom on 2017/08/15 to which I received a generic reply shortly thereafter saying that I will be contacted.

how long does this usually take as I am yet to receive a response?

I cracked my screen on my recently acquired Vodacom Smart Platinum 7 where I was told that the screen of the phone cannot be replaced and I need to buy a new phone.

Upon receiving my unrepaired phone back from Midrand this morning, I enquired further with the dealer I picked the phone up from as to when protective accessories will be available for this deivce to which the response was, "most probably never as we are not fami**** with this device"

What is the point of buying it, I ask myself.

It's like saying that if I damage the bumper of my car, I need to replace the car because there are no spares to repair it!!!??!!!

I know I will get another generic response and await in false illuded anticipation of a response...
