VODACOM SLOW TO REFUND QUICK TO DEBIT

I was contacted by a Vodacom Telesales person ON 15/08/2016 with a 'special" promotion. A new 10" tablet with 5Gigs data for only R199.00 per month. The sales person advised that I can cancel my current data contract for 5Gigs @ R352 and the new contract replaces this and is much cheaper with atablet! I requested to think about this and that she must contact me the next day, however, she stated that I had to decide right now!!Stupid I know, but at nearlt R150 cheaper per month with a tablet I though a bargain. WRONG!!!The next day the tablet was delivered(16/08/2016), I contacted Vodacom on 082 111 as they had the incorrect surname and details- and thus was the number stated on the email I received. I spoke to ASIF who advised that he only works on the system and can't explain why he can't find ALL my contracts under my ID #, but if I give him the contract numbers he finds this! I have 2 contracts - under the same ID# - but different names! They can'[t reconcile the 2. I was insructed to contact ********** - after sales. I did and avery helpful genteleman, Simphiwe, assisted me and advised that this Tablet deal is a NEW contract and that I can't cancel my existing data contract! I was furious ! I advised I want to return the tablet and cancel the contract and that there shouold be NO debit to my account. The tablet was collected 18/08/2016. I contacted Vodacom on 26/08/2016 to ask when I will; get any refund, they first had to confirm that the tablet was receievd - it was 22/08/2016 - however, my account will only be credited 14 -21 days from the 26/08/2016 as they will only NOW send through the cancellation - also ANOTHER - debit order will be deducted on 31/08/2016. Why can you take my money 3 days after you delivered the contract but it will now take me more than a month to refund me????? I have to have my cell phone- but I WILL be cancelling my data contract asap! Contract NM19108 and reference # ********** 3
