Vodacom slow to protect it's customers.

On Saturday 28 Jan 2023 I received an sms from vodacom that said they were busy with a swim swap and should call the customer care if I don't know about it. Since this was the case I called them and was told my number that I have been using for about 15 years has been deleted. I was then told is porting my number to Cell C. I was then given a ref number 82-XO9G-5SIYV and told my issue would be resolved within 72 hours. I called again on Wednesday an was told nothing was done trying to resolve my problem.

I don't know how Vodacom actioned this without having asked the security questions. What frustrates me is that they are so relaxed and somebody is indenting to do something *****ulant on me and Vodacom does not care. I am beginning to think it's an inside job.
