Vodacom slow terrible network

I connected to Bis (blackberry internet service) this morning about quarter to 1 in the morning and ever since my internet has been dead slow and I cannot even use my apps like facebook and twitter. I called the call centre they couldn't even give me an answer on why this is happening, absolutely pathetic for a network... Don't buy into the hype, you will just be wasting your time and R59
