Vodacom Skynet pathetic delivery service

Why do you use SkyNet as a courier? This is the 3rd day I am waiting for them to deliver. When I phoned them again, I was informed that the package is not on the truck as it was promised yesterday. I am not the only one with this complain and this is not the first-time I had a problem with them. This reflects very badly on Vodacom, so please make a plan.
