Vodacom - SkyNet Partnership

Place an order with Vodacom online and wait over a week for SkyNet to deliver... No communication is received from SkyNet. Delivery has not taken place as promised, and Vodacom's after-sales department is unable to assist or provide a solution. Very poor, and unprofessional service. Vodacom should really consider using an alternate courier partner. You cannot claim to be SA's leaving network, when there are numerous other ISP's around.
