Vodacom Skam Artists

<p>I was called by Vodacom last week, regarding a Data package that they wanted me to purchase for R199 per month extra, which I only ascertained nearing the end of the "conversation", which is a monologue.</p> <p>I told them no thanks, I said I dont want it as Im unemployed an cannot afford it.</p> <p>The next day I receive an email/sms confirming the package and the data stick is out for Delivery!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DONT WANT THE PACKAGE, what part of no is not understood, and if you try and PHONE Vodacom to query/cancel, its like dealing with Government depts, no phone this number, no this one etc and by that time you have been holding on for 20 minutes without speaking to a human voice. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE</p>
