I never ask anhbody ever for a credit, this morning on my recharge i get a sms saying my airtime in advance be deducted on my recharge they said 3 rands i need to pay back 4.50. Is no ways of contacting the network withhout we spend our money in calls CONVENIENT **** TO INCREASE THEY PROFITS EASY. LAST YEAR AS WELL THEY CONTACT ME SAYING I'M A LOYAL CUSTOMER SINCE 1996, SO THEY WANT ME TO PAY THEM 250 RANDS TO RECEIVED MY PRIZE. AT VODACOM THEY SAID IS A ****, BUT THEY KNEW ALL MY RELATION WITH NETWORK. INSIDE JOB TO ***** OUR MONEY. As well i'll i was waiting they ask all security questions and they can see in screen, than i saw the vodacom worker takes a photo of info in screen This how they ****ing us.
