VOdacom simply take money from airtime account under the guise od forfeiting due to ICASA rule

Vodacom sees fit to ***** money from their customers. I have just found out that Vodacom changed their rules regarding airtime that will be carried over in your cell phone account at the end of the month from the 6 months to 60 days and although we never signed such a contract. It was always carry over for 6 months and as you used your airtime, the oldest available valance was reduced. I have just been told that R 358.00 for forfeited today 1st July 2019, last month R6.00 and in April R 20.00. Apparently this new law came into effect on 1st March 2019, yet we have never ever received an email detailing this new law/change and I am very sure that ICASA, who supposedly changed this rule, ever intended for Vodacom to get even richer on the backs of their customers. We should be informed as to the amount that would be forfeited so that we can use this up or buy data or it should be refunded to the customer, as Vodacom deduct this money from our bank account via debit order. I really want all the money that Vodacom deducted due to the reason of forfeiting back in my account. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND I ASK EVERY VODACOM CUSTOMER TO CHECK THEIR AIRTIME BALANCE TO SEE HOW MUCH THEY HAVE LOST AND VODACOM HAS BECOME RICHER.
