Vodacom simply doesnt want my business

I have been on debt counseling for 3years now and have had my Vodacom Contract for 8 years, now this year they refuse to give me the phone that I want on a smaller contract that I currently have. my current spend is over R1000 per month with them and I simply want a Cat B15Q on the U-choose contract for R469 per month, apparently they cannot do this?<br> <br> Don't waste my time with ****py R100 deals help me out or I move my business elsewhere don't waste my time.
