Vodacom SIM Swop

Just received sms from M De Vries advising me that for contract sim swops, a replacement smi pack MUST be purchased at your closet Vodacom Shop, but with regards to my my previous complaint there is still no answer to my question nor the fact that VODACOM themselves state in writing that as from 11 January 2017 you can use ANY unactivated sim card to do a sim swop. Once again just a way to make money out of Vodacom customers. Can understand why people are moving to other cell phone companies
