VODACOM Sim-Swap Without my concern

the ***** stars managed to do a sim swap on my number of which i find it very disturbing, Vodacom allowed them to perform such an activity on my personal information without my knowledge, the only thing i received was an sms alerting me of such activity, but when i called the 135 number i was taken from pillar to post by the Automated voice of which doesn't allow you to speak to the real person, by then my phone just lost the network & i called it with my wife phone it rings but not on my side, probably on the *****-stars side. the following day I visited Vodacom shop, of which was not not helped as the ladies said my number has been ported out of Vodacom & there is nothing they can do. I'm really disappointed in vodacom, hopefully there wont be any ******* activities on my personal information that will results in any ********** activities happening by this whole action, if so I'll hold Vodacom responsible.

on the good note, my contract is nearing its end this year, I wont upgrade with vodacom anytime soon
