VODACOM SIM SWAP SECURITY IS USELESS

After using the network for 15 years, my number was hacked. When I called Vodacom and asked how can a Sim swap be done without asking for my id number and security questions I was told I must go to the nearest centre for assistance. Vodacom is not safe at all, someone can just do a sim swap and they won't ask for id number and security questions.That person pretended to be me and borrowed money from my contacts. Useless network. I won't recommend it to anyone, I now switched to Mtn.
