Vodacom sim swap *****. Is Vodacom in on it?
Two years ago my sim was swapped without my knowledge or approval. When i went to a Vodacom store nearby to complain, i realised that the person that swapped the sim did not need to provide any information as required. He only typed in multiple zeros and the swap was approved. I had to submit my ID to update all my information and retrieve my sim. Yesterday i get an sms from Vodacom say my "passport" is about to expire. I have never submitted a passport to Vodacom.
How come it is so easy to **********ly swap Vodacom sim cards. How does this benefit Vodacom? This no longer looks like a small tim crime. It feels more like a company policy.
