Good Day pleased could you kindly assist as I'm experiencing trouble performing sim swap for my number as it's linked to a Rcs airtime contract according to the advice I've been given I'll not able to get in touch with Vodacom customer service as they self help tobi was not helpful at the branch I'm told to go to a Edgar's to or jet where also I was given a number an when I call the tell me that Vodacom should do the sim swap I'm Frustrated as I sent pillar to post with no clarity as to how I can get my number back cam Vodacom or Rcs please provide me with a contact center to get my number back aswel as canceling this unknown contract as it's running into a expensive buying airtime an going to one shop to the next buying contract sim cards but still no progress or solutions to this delema
