Vodacom Sim Swap *********

Vodacom has performed sim swap on my account. They did the same thing on my daughter's account. I am unable to get back my daughter's number as their support line has blocked my number on the ground that it has been used to contact them several times. I am traveling overseas, and they know that I am not around. I am convinced this is an inside job from Vodacom employees, as they perform sim swap online so easily without requesting one's ID number. They have used these sim swaps to con a lot of people in my phone contacts, pretending I was the one asking for money. On my next opportunity, I will switch all my lines to MTN, as Vodacom uses very ********* business practices. Please avoid Vodacom, if you can.
