Vodacom Sim Issues - Poor Service!!!
My contract expired end of Feb '16. Vodacom was then instructed to make the simcard prepaid. Long story short - the sim now does not work. It says ' SIM Not Provisioned:2' which apparently means that the number has been deleted. If this is the case I will sue Vodacom as that is a business number. I don't bother going in store as the staff never knows what is going on or how to help.
