Vodacom Sim cards roaming
I have been with vodacom as a customer for over 10 years , last year I moved overseas and was roaming on both 2 sim cards numbers on a contract base ,my contracts with vodacom was ending the month end of April 2019. The 1st week of my May 2019 ,I contacted vodacom and told them I will not be renewing my contract with them as I'm moved overseas however I would like to keep on roaming with both numbers on pay as go and I was told that the roaming on pay as you go will take 7days after the sim cards conversion to pay as you go.On the 1st of April 2019 both my sim cards were disconnected and when I called vodacom they told me I have to pay 1st as is the last month of my contract before using their services, I payed Vodacom the full amount of R950 on the 09 April 2019 and 25 April 2019 i paid them R28 that Vodacom said was in arrears for Vodacom to open my service until to date I still don't have access to both my sim cards ,I was suppose to get R200 each on both sim cards and I still had about R100 and R180 on previous air times before they disconnected my services. I have trying to get help by calling ,emailing and to date I still havent received anything. And now Vodacom is deducted money into my husband bank account and my husband never had any contract with them and that is very ********** ,the Vodcom deducted R144.20 on the 18 April 2019 and R955.56 on the 3rd June 2019, Vodacom please return the money you took from our account without our consent and please activate our sim if not please return the money we paid for April as we did not get the services we paid for and please return the airtime we had on both sim cards. I called this morning again and I was told by the lady I talked to that my 072 number was not activated on roaming and she'll activate it ,I checked my sim card is still not connected and the 079 number is still disconnected.
