Vodacom Sim card swop and theft

Phone stopped working and called Vodacom to report it . Iwas told that a sim swop was done without my permission. I then checked my bank account and found that money had been taken out of my account. Then the real problem of trying to deal with Vodacom ***** department started. Three weeks later I am no further to finding out who the culprit is. Role on the end of my contract cannot wait.

Another month later still not resolved despite many calls to forensic department. To date I have never been contacted by anyone from Vodacom about this theft.
