Vodacom Sim card hacked

Mi Sim card was hacked on the 30 April 2023..I went to some Vodacom shop 01 may 2023 Westgate where I was told someone called Vodacom and did a sim swap without me knowing... they couldn't provide me with more details who did it and how it was done and I was told I must pay 20.00 for a sim swap...a day later I see the person maxed out the airtime advance and now I'm owing Vodacom 139.00 which I have no knowledge of...I called customer care and I was told the technical team will call me...even today I haven't received any call..I can't recharge because wen I do the airtime is debited by the negative balance I have no knowledge of... Vodacom doesn't protect us as their customers if a stranger can call and speak to the robot then we get de*****ed.....I would like the airtime advance to be removed permanently from mi line...coz I can't be subjected to this nonsense service we get from Vodacom
