VODACOM Sim Card *****, be aware!

I have been a customer of Vodacom for 20 years. I have 5 contracts with a total bill of no more than R 4000.00 per month. Can you believe my shock when an amount of R 36 000.00 was deducted from my bank account at the end of May, putting me in a very difficult position financially! After many hours on the phone, speaking with numerous callcentre personnel, and no explanation for my preposterous account, I went into a Vodacom store to see if they could help me. Almost immediately they detected that 2 of my simcards, that are not in use and that was due for an upgrade, were reported as ****** (not by me), locked and sim swopped! This was done internally in Vodacom! After this incident the account started escalating dayly, even the June account was already on R 26 000.00! The Vodashop was very helpfull and said that they would try to resolve the problem as this was clearly *****. It has been a month now, and my problem has not been resolved. Some credit notes were put through but I am still facing a R 39 000.00 account at the end of June! Vodacom does not show any interest in solving this issue and keeps on sending me sms's to pay the account.( I have managed to get my bank to reverse the preposterous debit order last month)

There is proof of Sim card ***** on my account, on their systems but they can't resolve the issue?

This is pathetic for such a big Company! Be aware of VODACOM!
