VODACOM SIM CARD *****

On 5 February 2015 I upgrade my Cell Phone from a BlackBerrie to a Huawei. I also changed my contract from a Talk 240 to a UChooseSlexi200 top- up contract to cap the data usage. I performed the upgrade through Cell-U-City. They performed the previous 3 cell phone upgrades and always render excellent service. Once I received the handset I went to Vodashop in the same shopping mall to transfer my contacts, ring tones, etc. This is where the drama started. On 18 February 2016 I received an sms from Vodacom ***) stating there was \unusual high usage to the value of R2 262,93\" on my cell phone account. I contacted *** and queried this. My cell phone account is never higher that R 575 per month. I received a Query No *** and a Technician was to call me back within 48 hours. This never happen. When I called 4 days later I was told my query is under investigation. I followed the query up at the end of week 8 and again in week 9. Every time I am told it is under investigation. When I called on 9 March 2016 the investigation was still on-going but my account is now R8 173. I opened an SAPS case of Sim ***** against Vodacom. My contract's data usage is capped."
