Vodacom SIM card

3months ago my MTN number was hacked then potted to Vodacom. I have been phoning Vodacom to get my number back but I have been sent back and forth. I even went to their branch in Cellucity, Hemingways in East London, they told me they cannot help me as this matter will only be resolved by Head Office. I am very disappointed with Vodacom I am even considering to cancel my other contract that I have with them.

I am very frustrated and hopeless at this point in time as I don’t know what else to do. I have been promised that this matter will be released within 14 days but it has been 3months already.
