Vodacom Sim ****

Good day, l tried to use my sim card and to my dismay vodacom gave my number to another client. I tried calling vodacom on the customer service line and only got through to Tobi the robot instead of a customerservice agent. My call was rejected.by Tobi as the number i was calling from was not a vodacom number and the call was ended. I sent an email and was redirected back to Tobi. Vodacom my whatsup is linked to this number which has my personal and business group contacts. POPI ACT??? How are you, vodacom, going to fix this mess??? My email - ***
