VODACOM SILENCED MY VOICE!
I have been in constant communication with Vodacom regarding a number of issues and they have decided to BLOCK my number (a PAYING CUSTOMER) under the guise of FALSE *****ulent activity (I HAVE NEVER RECIEVED ANY COMMUNICATION that anyone OTHER THAN ME, who has passed ALL security measures every time I call in) if I do not get a call tonight I WILL TAKE THIS TO THE OBUDSMAN. You will have to show PROOF that there’s been *****ulent activity or even possible *****ulent activity on my account to make whatever bullshxt decision you did valid. THAT EMPLOYEE SHOULD BE FIRED!!!! Yal are acting very much like Old Mutual who allegedly cancelled someone’s contract without them knowing

06 Jun 2024, 18:39My complaint with the ombudsman has been logged because I was told I can use chat instead of calling, as the alternative.
I don’t want to chat! I should be treated fairly, if other clients can call I should be able to call. I continue to be discriminated against.

10 Jun 2024, 13:38To any customer who wants to escalate their issue to the Ombudsman (which is essentially like a police governing body type thing)
The National Consumer Commission is the ombudsman to speak with.
Vodacom is ONLY investigating my number been blocked ONLY after the NCC made them aware of my complaint, they been ignoring my requests since it started. I definitely want a formal apology from the very person who decided to block my number in the first place. I also want my numbers to be put on a no block list, and if it ever happens again there must be monetary repercussions.
