Vodacom signed me up to a WASP
Vodacom signed me up to a WASP (daily subscription service) called Crystal Phone (since last November). This requires a double opt in (i.e. click on some random banner, then requires a confirmation from the subscriber via sms). There's no way ever that I sent a confirmation sms for a subscription service.
So I guess that means this is *****?
In the best possible light, Vodacom is to be used as a mechanism for third parties to de***** their clients? I really do not understand this.
Next stop Consumer Protection Commission - already downloaded the forms...
