Vodacom signal sucks in Monyakeng

Am 99%in cape Town because work, I came home to Wesselsbron/MONYAKENG and the vodacom signal is off, apparently its been happening for a while and vodacom is aware of this but nothing has changed, my mother had to get a Telekom Sim, am using vodacom and have a vodacom router to do my work and nothing is working, I had to a Telekom simcard to send this message. Am disappointed because I contacted em on Facebook last week and they said they still busy.... Nothing still
