Vodacom signal - reception issues

On several occasions i have contacted vodacom , explaining that in the area i live there is very bad signal and most days my cellphone is on emergency calls only ( my wife is on mtn and has no issues with the reception ) , i run my business from from and have lost a few contracts due to customers not being able to contact me . Vodacom has apparently sent out technicians to rectify the problem but to date nothing has been resolved and im still struggling with reception . Vodacom - either rectify the signal issue or cancel my contract so that i can go to anther network which has 100% signal in my area . There are other vodacom users in my area that are complaining of the same issue - bad signal and reception .
