Vodacom signal & no help from customer service
The town of Tzaneen has had no Vodacom signal for the whole day. We are trying to run a security company and have 6 Vodacom contracts, none of which are working and none of our clients with Vodacom are working. The customer care confirmed no one will fix the problem today but tomorrow. I find that unacceptable!!
