Vodacom signal is useless in Belfast

Vodacom is terrible. Signal in Belfast is non existing. I have lodge a complaint in December 2021 already but nothing came of it. Download speed is below 1 mbps and can't even use it to open fecebook properly. At my workplace vodacom did install a signal booster but it is still not that good. Users in town is fed-up now. We can't wait for Hero-tell to go live but we will still struggle with vodacom signal to make calls. I will not recommend vodacom to anyone. O I wish I can get rid of vodacom. We cannot connect to our loved ones as calls are dropped frequently if we get hold of one another. Can anyone recommend a reliable service provider?
