Vodacom signal in Rynfield Benoni - WHAT SIGNAL !!!!!

We recently moved into a new housing development in Rynfield Benoni. To our shock and horror we found out that Vodacom has almost NO GSM signal -1.9 to be exact. Several of our neighbours in the Estate complained and said they have been trying for 6 months with Vodacom to no avail.

We work from home and can't afford not to have GSM signal. Quite shocking to see that a so called market leader in Africa can't resolve the most basics of GSM signal issues in a established town such as Benoni.

I'm typing up this complaint in a last ditch effort to try and get it resolved, failing to do so would force me to not renew my contract which is due at the end of June, which I have had for almost 20 years, followed my my wife's account of almost the same length.
