Vodacom signal in Clarens

The bad (or no) signal for data usage by Vodacom in Clarens is non existent. <br> We have been in contact with representatives in the past, at some stage Clarens fell under Kwazulu and at another stage under Free State division, make up your minds where.<br> Why can't Vodacom go into cooperation with MTN with their existing tower? Or put up their own tower for data and cell phone reception?<br> I have contacat with an estate who will gladly go into an agreement to put up a tower on their land.
