Vodacom Signal Has Disappeared In My Area

We are ALL having Vodacom signal problems in Nest Park, Bapsfontein for over a year now. We can't even load emails. MTN, FNB, and RAIN are all working VERY well, but not Vodacom. I emailed Vodacom about the problem and they told me to send messages to their CHATBOT!!! Is the CHATBOT going to send a technician to the tower? We need signal to be restored to Nest Park in Bapsfontein. My contracts are not done yet but when they are, I will move over to MTN or FNB because both work AMAZINGLY in this area, just like Vodacom did BEFORE.... My number will be here for Vodacom to call but there's no signal so just send someone out and fix the towers. Many other people have already complained about this.
