Vodacom signal failing in Skukuza

Vodacom signal is VERY VERY POOR in town of SKUKUZA, Mpumalanga ( in the Kruger National Park) Upload & download speeds are pathetic and weak!!

You are NOT able to make telephonic contact with customers in Skukuza - as we have NO VODACOM COVERAGE!!!!
It was off most of yesterday and as at 30min ago it is once again offline !!
Please attend to this issue- we are remotely positioned geographically and the cell signal is essential for medical emergencies and work communication!!
Please reply on what the problem actually is??? CABLE/ TOWERS???????
