Vodacom Signal Drops During Power Outages

Every time there is a power outage the Vodacom cell phone signal and internet is out as well. My cell phone and wifi internet subscription payments is not made pro rata for the month so I expect a service for the full month. I spend money on a backup solution during power outages. If you don't get this sorted out I will move to a Satellite based service and I advise others to do the same.
