Vodacom signal Craighall Park

How is that I am able to drive the length and breadth of the Masai Mara in Kenya and have 3G just about everywhere but here, in Craighall Park, Johannesburg - economic hub of the continent, Voda*** is unable to provide enough signal for a phone call. I have no doubt some suited git at the head office has a pithy reason for why a peon like me cannot possible understand. I don't want to understand. I want the signal I pay for.
