vodacom signal constantly OFF

im staying on a farm outside Amsterdam. i have 2 vodacom boosters, but not much help!!!! some days there is NO signal at all. and some days it works perfect. logic tells me someone is not doing there jobs. im really frustrated because im working from home, and needs to work with VODACOM internet. then its on then its off. everything is major problem. i cannot send email, i cannot go on my internet banking. some days i cannot ever use my phone. what do i have to do ? Vodacom use to be one of the best. sorry to say???? the one day the signal was off the whole day!!! we need working cell phones on the farm. one of the farmers used a vodacom contact he had regarding the signal that was off the whole day and a few minutes after his call, the signal is back ON!!!!????? now you tell me??what do we have to do?"??
