Vodacom signal and tower maintenance

Good day yet agen im writing a review on the vodacom tower that's been down in ouer aria Rhenosterfontein Rustenburg since yesterday morning upon contacting vodacom customer service reporting the problem the customer cear agent could not find our ariea or the tower drive to the tower up on arrival the MTN service team was at the tower buzy repairing the tower there finding of the problem was that the power and generator was off therefor ther was no power to the tower resolving in to no signal what so ever up on driving into town to report it at Gray stone crossing vodacom the persone whom we spoke to for help resolving in reporting it to vodacom customer care we got told by JP he can not help us or do anny thing possible to assist us on the mater . When my better half explaind to him that we hade just upgraded but now we struggling with the tower JP s remark where then we more than welcome to cancel ouer contract with Vodacom and then we have no problem with vodacom he even provide th number and steps to cancel the contract he can only log a complaint if we bring him 5 or more people in the aria then only he can log a complaint for the tower to be repaired or to be looked at the tower has a constant problem with power trips and the generator placed at the tower has no fuel in the whole time
