Vodacom signal and data prices

We live in Florida Roodepoort complained to Vodacom about network coverage many times no satisfaction they came to our home and did a survey and agreed that we do have a problem and it will be fixed this is ongoing for over 2 years. A total of numbers affected is 8. Further more I am a client with Vodacom for over 15 years if I run out of data because of poor signal I must purchase new data for R150 for Gig.....now new customers get 3 Gig for R198 how does Vodacom explain this to their loyal customers? Vodacom you are a very poor network provider and you will loose all your loyal customers. Vodacom I am truly disgusted in the way you handel your customers and I have 5 Vodacom contracts you don't deliver cancel all my contracts please I would rather go to another provider that will deliver and don't insult my integrity
