Vodacom sigh

Hi,

We got a new laptop (Lenovo Thinkpad 350) on contract through Vodacom a few months ago. Now, the problem is that the laptop is sluggish and slow. We initially thought that the problem would go away, but after all this time, it still does the same. You can search the Lenovo forums and see that this is a problem with these models.

Since this is a NEW product, I expect the product to work as such. I don't want a repair, I want a product that works as it's supposed to!

Please assist in getting me a new Lenovo Thinkpad 350 that works as it should or a product of similar spec and price, that works.
