Vodacom SIES

HORRIFIC SERVICE! on 30 Nov 2021 Vodacom attempted to debit our account for R5830.76 - theft attempt!!! - but luckily the attempt failed. The normal amount is R2118.99 or R2120.19. Now I called Vodacom, got through pretty quick (surprisingly)to a consultant. He however couldn't help me and connected me to the exact same number I had called that landed me with him. I've had trouble with vodacom before but they've never attempted to rip us off. I'm sure they know of these things but also see if they can get away with it. The account is in my mother's - who 78 years old - name so I guess they thought what does an old woman know. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Sies! I have Covid and have absolutely no intention of calling you again. So if you want what is owed to you, you can call my mother or myself. Come to think of it: I wouldn't even waste my time with you had a been in perfect health. You're just the same as Standard Bank. They 'lost' people's money last week, let no one know and as a direct result we left them for Capitec. As I said Sies and Shame on you.

As is Vodacom's way, we have not heard from them. Simple solution: I will pay them their due which is R2120 and they can just go absolutely wild on trying to bill us more than that. You warn us about phishing ****s so YOU Vodacom, can ***** all our money for yourself. Again; sies. You make me nauseous.
