Vodacom shunting their clients around

So after I ended the call with one of Vodacom's consultants I called the store to hear if my phone was delivered and yes just as I thought no phone. I'm fed up with all the lies and they shunting me around. I'm the client here but I have to phone around and here where my phone is. Vodacom, please just replace my phone and give me my money back I paid on my repaired phone which I don't have.
