Vodacom shrugs their shoulders for customer. Unwanted calls

So whilst waiting for your consultant to call me I get another robot call telling me my account is in arrears which it is not!!!!!!!!!!! You are starting to irritate me now, this is uncalled for and totally unacceptable. remove my information from this persons account with immediate effect.

So here we are basically a year in an I am still getting account not paid calls, in your previous answers you have said it was sorted, 7 calls registered and bout 10 voicemails from your computer generated spam, how about getting an actual person to call your clients, one can not even tell the computer to shove off, this is getting totally out of hand as my account is not in arrears, you have said my number was removed from the other persons profile but yet calls and more call every time the ***** does not pay his account. If this was my problem I would have accepted responsibility but it is not, sort this out or my next step will be to report to the credit ombudsman and report your for harrsament.
