Vodacom should remove "Care" from Customer Care

Due to a R10,000 data bill that was racked up due to negligence from Vodacom, I had no choice to settle the debt over time, which I did - hence my account was deleted in the process of me paying off the debt. There was still about 7 or 10 months left on the initial contract which I wanted to pick up from after paying the debt off, and I was told by consultants I could do this. Today I get told I must pay up the remainder of the contract, and forfeit all data and airtime - so Vodacom scores and I lose. Vodacom claims I owe R18,000 which I dispute totally, and I refuse to pay the balance of a contract and not get 1 minute of airtime which is rightfully owed to me if I had to pay that. It's complete corporate bullying and not giving a dam about me, the client. Why should Vodacom, a massive corporate score?! Being a Vodacom client since 1998 I'm disgusted.
